This Elizabeth is claimed by descendants to have variously married David Stuart (born in Edinburgh) and immigrated to Cheraws, North Carolina, USA, or to have had descendants who migrated to Australia. No evidence has been found to support either of these claims.
The Kilmadock OPR index at Ancestry shows the following who is likely too young to be the same Elizabeth:

My 4x great grandmother, Elizabeth McQueen, was born/baptised on 2 September 1744: "Elisabeth daughter to John McQueen & Janet Stuart in Heads with John Shaw there & John Stuart in Craigtoun." Details of the time and place of her death are, at present, unknown.
Details of the time and place of my 4x great grandfather, John Lockhart’s birth and death are, at present, unknown. It seems likely that he was born in Kippen or Balfron, Stirlingshire.
John Lockhart married Elisabeth McQueen on 15 November 1777: “John Lockhart and Elisabeth McQueen both servants to Captn. McLachlan of Auchenlocraig/Auchentroig (check) inlisted for proclamation in order to marriage on the fifteenth of November xxx and seventy-seven years. (Old Parish Registers Marriages 477/Page 406 of 512).
Elizabeth McQueen and John Lockhart had 8 children:
Twin daughters Janet and Catherine Lockhart were born on 14 June 1778 in Thornhill via Doune, Perthshire.
Walter Lockhart was born on 29 July 1784 in Port of Menteith, Perthshire.
Helen Lockhart was born 15 October 1786 in Milktown, Rednoch, Port of Menteith, Perthshire. Date and place of death is unknown.

John Lockhart was born on 6 January 1793 in Balfron Stirlingshire. Date and place of death is unknown.

Agnes Lockhart my 3x great grandmother was born on 23 January 1780 in Kippen, Stirlingshire to John Lockhart and Elisabeth McQueen.
Agnes Lockhart married James Dow on 9 November 1800 at Balfron Stirlingshire: “Dow James and Agnes Lockhart both in this parish entered their names for proclamation” (Old Parish Registers Marriages 472/ Balfron) page138 of 155.
James Dow was born on 5 November 1783 in Stirling, Stirlingshire. He died circa 1840 at Ring Farm, Ceres, Fife, Scotland.
Agnes’ death record states that “Agnes Dow, widow of James Dow farmer died 9th April 1864 at Ballingall Leslie Fife aged 83 years. (Daughter of) John Lockhart Labourer and Elisabeth Lockhart MS McQueen both deceased. Informant James Dow, son.” (Statutory Registers Deaths 444/38)

Elizabeth Dow my 2x great grandmother was born on 15 January 1803 at Balfron, Stirlingshire to Agnes Lockhart and James Dow. She died on 11 December 1869 at Woodhead Street, Dunfermline, Fife.
Elizabeth married George Malcolm on 2 November 1823 in Leslie, Fife.

John Dow Malcolm was born circa 1845 in Ceres, Fife. (I have not yet found a record). He died in Musselburgh, Midlothian on 16 March 1916.
John married, first, my 2x great grandmother, Elizabeth Dawson Fraser on 13 August 1870 at North Leith, Edinburgh. Elizabeth Dawson Fraser was born circa 1843 at Nether Inver Monymusk, Chapel of Garioch, Aberdeenshire. She died on 3 July 1879 at Pittencrieff Street, Dunfermline, Fife.
John married, second, Agnes Nicholson Ditchburn on 18thFebruary 1880 in Dunfermline, Fife. Agnes was born on 12 January 1859 in Dunfermline. Agnes died on 29 July 1910 in Musselburgh, Midlothian. John and Agnes had 5 children, George, Catherine, John, William and Agnes.

Christina married my grandfather, James Herriot Thompson (her second marriage) on 11 June 1909 in Musselburgh, Midlothian.
James Herriot Thompson was born on 22 January 1878 at Dambrae, Musselburgh, Midlothian to Thomas Thompson (1839-1890) and Jessie Tough Carey (1840-1905). James died on 14 April 1951 in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
