Notes - Anthony served as a Colonel in the Bengal Staff Corps and Cantonment Magistrate, Jullundur. In 1881 Anthony's wife and children were residing in Preston, Sussex, England. Anthony was absent at the time of the census. He married at Lahore, Bengal, on 7 May 1857, to Charlotte Pretyman, daughter of Cuthbert Barlow. He died on 13 Dec 1886. She died on 25 May 1882.
