Notes - Donald's birth is not found in the Callander OPR, however, he is recorded in the Glasingall trial records as, "Donal farmer in Glenlyon (sic - Glenorchy), born 26 July 1814."
Donald is found in family records and in the Account of Mrs Stewart of Milton and in census records. In 1871 and 1881 Donald was residing in Auchalader, Glenorchy, Argyll, Scotland and was a farmer of 20,000 acres -- an enormous farm.
Donald died on 9 AUG 1898 at Auchallander, Glenorchy, Argyll, Scotland at the age of 84. His death record shows his parents as Alexander Stewart and Christian Stewart. Donald never married but had relations with Margaret MACKAY and had a natural son, Archibald McKay Stewart.
