Elizabeth was born 1820 in Fortingall, Perthshire, Scotland and died 1894. They are recorded as both being from the parish of Kilmadock.

“My Wife and I found the owners of Easter Torrie Farm very obliging in allowing us to have a quick look around and take some pics around fifteen years ago. Three generations of her Stewart family lived and worked the Farm during the later 1800's, her Grandmother Isabella and her Father Walter, who worked for his older Brother John the Farm Tenant. The Parents of John and Walter also lived there and died in their 70's at the Farm, John (b.1815 Balquhidder) and Elizabeth (b. McCallum 1822 Fortingall). It was good to see the farm looking so well, although the occupiers at the time couldn't help with any past history.” (Frank Dobson)
