  Jennie was born in 1899 in Hamilton, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada. She was barely two years old when her family moved north to Teeswater, Bruce, Ontario, Canada. Five years later, her mother died prematurely, leaving her father widowed to raise a family of 6. In 1911 and 1921 Jennie was residing in Teeswater, Bruce, Ontario, Canada with her widowed father and her siblings. She married in 1931 to Herbert Charles Templeman and died just a few years later in 1936. Her cause of death is not recorded. There is no record of any children from their marriage.
