8 Aug 1767, Kathrine, daughter of John STUART and Jean MCULLOCH in Muirhead of Deanstown. Witt. William Mculloch in Deanstown and William Murdoch in the Broich (Kilmadock OPR) From Stewarts of the South, we can infer that one of John Stewart's daughters was married to the uncle of John Campbell who built the George Inn in the town of Perth. The uncle was a vintner on the High Street in Perth.
