| Notes |
- This unidentified daughter is estimated to have been born about 1760 in Stirlingshire, Scotland to unknown parents. She is NOT a daughter of Duncan Stewart as shown here. She is attached to Duncan temporarily to not lose track of her as she is related to him by some unidentified means.
The 1801 testament of Duncan Stewart in Kerse of Leckie lists several executors as "nearest kin." Their exact relationship is not given and, as such, is presumed to be more distant than children, grandchildren, or siblings of the deceased. One of the executors is Duncan McCallum, a weaver at Ruskie. The relationship between Duncan McCallum and the deceased Duncan Stewart is unknown. The present preferred theory is that Duncan McCallum's mother was a Stewart who could have been a sister to the late Duncan Stewart in Kerse of Leckie.
