  She married firstly in 1701 to Duncan Blair and secondly, sixteen months later, to Duncan McFarlane. 12 July 1701, Duncan Blair in Cor?~~~~~ Margaret Stewart [illegible] to Jno Stewart in Calagar~~~~ both in this parish (Aberfoyle) gave up y’r names to be proclaimed in order to marriage. (Aberfoyle Parish Register) Nob’r 28 1702, Duncan McFarlane in the parish of Calander and Margrat Stewart lawful daughter to Jon Stewart in Calagartmore in this parish gave up y’r names to proclamation in order to marriage. They were married at the ~~~~ of Inshdoer? [illegible] wit. Jon Stewart & D’n McFarlane. (Aberfoyle Parish Register) No children have been found for Duncan McFarlane and Margaret Stewart, however the Callander parish register did not begin recording baptisms until about 1710.
