- Ann Cuthbert's will indicates that she was the sister of Elizabeth Cuthbert who married James Jackson, a vintner, and that she had another sister who married Rev. Thomas Chisolm, minister at Kilmorack, Inverness, Scotland. Chisolm family records indicated that Thomas' wife was Magdalen Cuthbert. From this will we can now accurately identify the birth famiy of John Cuthbert, 1st of Mulberry Grove in Georgia, USA.
