Secondly, he married Isabella Blair, the second daughter of the late Right Honourable Robert Blair, of Avonton, Lord President of the College of Justice.They were married after 1806 (possibly 1813?) and was the father of Isabella Cornelia Munro Binning and Robert Blair Monro Binning.
