This is the story of my great-grandfather, Tom Brown, MBE, 1877-1952, Chief of Police in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, 1938-1944, and his intersecting life with Rocco Perri, “King of the Mob”, “The Whisky King”, founder of the Canadian mafia, who lived in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
